Job summary

Live Wire Theatrical Management is seeking an Assistant Company Manager for a Broadway project. The role involves assisting with all aspects of ticketing, preparing daily wraps and reports, and supporting Creatives and the General and Company Manager.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of professional theatrical experience, preferably in Company or Stage Management, with Broadway experience and NMAM candidacy a plus.

Qualifications

• Evening and weekend work required (ACM will have regular show coverage duties)
• 1-2 years of professional theatrical experience, preferably in either Company Management or Stage Management. Broadway experience and NMAM candidacy a plus.
• Strong sense of customer service, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and a positive, proactive work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with all aspects of ticketing, including house seats.
• Preparing and sending daily wraps and ticketing reports.
• Attending to requests and needs of Creatives.
• Assisting General and Company Manager on day-to-day activities as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel.
• Assist with special events.
