George Street Playhouse seeks an Assistant/Company Manager to support production operations, housing and travel logistics for main stage productions, select programs, and the Gala. The role collaborates with the Production & Operations Manager to ensure timely, cost-conscious execution and strong hospitality for artists and staff.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years' experience in theater production or operations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Willing to drive and travel across NJ, NY and PA.
• Strong communication and discretion.

Aufgaben

• Support the Production & Operations Manager in housing, travel, and hospitality planning for all productions.
• Prepare and manage contracts, envelopes, and equity paperwork for actors and stage managers.
• Develop housing and travel plans within production budgets; manage hotel agreements.
• Coordinate artist transport and accompany artists as needed.
• Maintain and manage the company apartment and shopping/errands for guests.
