Job summary

Two River Theater seeks a part-time, seasonal General Management Assistant to join our General Management team. You will support the General Manager with artist offers, contract preparation, onboarding, and payment administration across multiple projects.

You will maintain accurate tracking of artist offers, contracts, onboarding requirements, and payment status, helping ensure timely follow-up and completion of outstanding items while gaining hands-on experience with the artist contract

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially with contracts and financial data.
• Clear written and verbal communication with artists, agents, managers, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supports the General Manager with artist offers, contract preparation, onboarding, and payment administration across multiple projects.
• Maintains accurate tracking of artist offers, contracts, onboarding requirements, and payment status.
• Gains hands-on experience with the artist contract lifecycle and union CBA requirements, and with commercially funded theatrical projects.
