Job summary

Playbill, Inc. seeks a touring Assistant Company Manager for the CLUE 2nd National Tour c/o Work Light Productions, based in Summit, NJ. The ACM will support the Company Manager with travel/housing, event coordination, and communicating touring needs to upper management.

This short-term assignment runs from Jan 1, 2027 to Mar 14, 2027. Responsibilities include logistics advancement, training, city information sheets, insurance processing, health monitoring, and confidentiality across touring

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal, written and oral communication; highly organized.
• Touring experience is required or strongly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Willingness to learn and multitask while maintaining professionalism.
• Discretion and professionalism due to access to confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist Company Manager with advancing logistics.
• Support booking travel and housing for touring company members.
• Create local city information sheets for all touring company members.
• Help process insurance claims and monitor health of company members.
• Coordinate events and relay company needs to upper management.
• Assist with house seat needs for touring markets.
• Maintain valid driving license and travel as needed.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. safely.
