Broadcast Management Group (BMG) seeks an experienced Broadcast Systems Integration Sales Engineer to own the pre-sales process for system design and integration projects in Washington, DC. You will discuss technical needs with prospects, craft fit-for-purpose solutions, and assemble BOMs for proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in technical pre-sales, systems integration, or broadcast engineering.
• Strong knowledge of IP video (SMPTE ST 2110), SDI routing, RF transmission, encoding/streaming, and playout workflows.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Ownership: end-to-end pre-sales for design and integration projects, from first technical conversation to final proposal.
• Technical Consultation: discuss technical needs with prospects and act as the main advisor for complex broadcast systems.
• Solution Design: tailor workflows and equipment configurations.
• Product Demonstrations: deliver high-impact demos and POC tests.
• Proposal & RFP Support: build BOMs, respond to RFPs, and prepare price quotes.
• Client Relationships: build trust with engineers and media networks.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: align with sales and engineering on scope and pricing.
