Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with system configurations and client workflows.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Visio for diagrams.
• Knowledge of digital signage and IPTV systems.
• RF design and theory.
• IT knowledge and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Sales to establish customer needs and present solutions.
• Determine client expectations for system functionality with sales and client.
• Design complete systems for quoting including equipment, parts, consumables and labor.
• Write scopes of work to convey system expectations.
• Diagram systems using AutoCAD and Visio; coordinate with project manager and installers.
• Provide technical support to Alpha Video employees and clients; research new products.
