Job summary

Broadcast Management Group (BMG) is seeking a skilled Producer/Editor/Graphics specialist in Washington, DC. You’ll edit video content, produce motion graphics, and leverage AI tools to refine scripts and briefs while maintaining brand quality across webinars, social channels, and case studies.

You will collaborate with the Digital Content Producer and Senior Designer to deliver professional broadcast-grade visuals, supporting sales with custom graphics and video assets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years video editing and motion graphics production.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong portfolio of video and animation work.
• Knowledge of broadcast video formats, codecs, and delivery platforms.
• Creative eye for color, typography, motion, and composition.
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
• Daily Claude/AI experience or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Edit 4-6 videos per month from raw footage or screen recordings; produce assets for YouTube, LinkedIn, email.
• Create animated infographics, explainer animations, and motion graphics for social media and web.
• Use Claude/AI to refine video scripts and generate graphics briefs; build templates and workflows.
• Collaborate with the Digital Content Producer and Senior Designer on brand visuals; support Sales with graphics and video needs.
