Job summary
Milestone Technologies, Inc. seeks a Production System Engineer to install, configure, operate and repair broadcast/media endpoints and related hardware/software.
Responsibilities include managing streaming and conference infrastructure, coordinating with Disney HR/CRM for user provisioning, and performing O365 service administration for Production Collaboration and Email services. You will work with cross-functional teams to design and deploy solutions, perform routine maintenance, and support
Qualifications
- Proven track record providing end user IT services.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as support analyst/engineer including image creation/build, OS installation/troubleshooting
Responsibilities
- Provide end user IT services including incident resolutions, asset management, patch/upgrade management, software installations and troubleshooting across PC/Mac/clients.
- Onsite end user support during broadcast/media production hours including nights and weekends as scheduled.
- Manage and support network infrastructure services for multiple locations.
- Collaborate with other technology teams and external partners to implement and resolve IT solutions.
- Assist with office moves, asset reallocations and OS imaging tasks to maintain standards.
