Job summary

Paramount Pictures is seeking a Media Maintenance Technician to support and optimize end-to-end media workflows across on-premises and cloud environments. The role covers video/audio systems, ingest, transcoding, QC, and delivery in a 24x7 broadcast setting.

The candidate will work with Avid/Pro Tools, JAMF, cloud storage, and monitoring tools to ensure high availability and reliable production workflows for Paramount’s content teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience supporting and optimizing end-to-end media workflows across on-prem and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering maintenance and technical support for production content creators to ensure minimal disruption.
• Design, implement and support next-generation media systems and infrastructure, on-premises and in the cloud.
• Provide proactive monitoring and maintenance for high availability and 24x7 broadcast environments.
