Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery seeks an Associate Broadcast & IT Support to deliver timely field and in-house IT support in a 24x7 environment, with travel and lifting requirements.

Qualifications

• Typically one or more years of experience in television, multimedia content, IT client service or broadcast maintenance capacity.
• Experience with television or multimedia production workflows.
• Familiarity with basic server, networking topology and operating systems (Windows, Unix, etc.).
• Ability to work all shifts in a 24x7x365 production environment.
• Must obtain a CDL Class B License.
• 2 or 4 year technical degree, preferably electronics or computer engineering (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Operate a satellite truck and/or portable satellite, microwave and streaming equipment for field transmissions.
• Provide 24x7x365 broadcast technical support including installation, maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Coordinate technical installation with vendors and production teams.
• Document procedures, reference materials and project work; log incidents in ITSM.
• Use AutoCad for system documentation and manage inventory with procurement teams.
