Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Broadcast & IT Field Engineer for 24x7 field support in a dynamic remotes and productions environment. You will set up fiber/IP/satellite links, routing, and on-site IT support while collaborating with broadcast and IT teams.

The role requires 4+ years in television engineering, a technical degree, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Strong customer service and problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in television, troubleshooting and repair of broadcast equipment and IT systems.
• Experience with IP video transport, RF/satellite transmission is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio).
• 4-year electronics degree or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate fiber/IP/satellite transmission links and video routing.
• Provide field engineering support for live productions and remotes.
• Lead or assist project teams with technology planning and implementations.
• Perform hardware/software support for on-site computing equipment and networks.
