Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience required.
• Strong Windows and Linux server knowledge.
• Experience with macOS and Office applications.
• Familiarity with DNS/DHCP, network printing, and virtualization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices per FOX standards.
• Provide technical end-user support to ~175 employees.
• Perform hardware/software upgrades to ensure security and performance.
• Maintain inventory and support the station's virtual environment.
