Job summary

Armstrong is seeking a motivated Broadband Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair our Internet and telephone services for residential and commercial customers. You will work with fiber-optic technology in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, ensuring customers stay connected.

You will be responsible for vehicle inventory, safety, on-call and shift work, and completing timely paperwork. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required; BPI certification within 12

Qualifications

• High school diploma; advanced IT/electronics education a plus.
• Customer-first approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to pass BPI certification within 12 months.
• Physical requirement to bend, climb, sit, and lift over 50 pounds; work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vehicle inventory and safety compliance.

About The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Broadband Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of our Internet and telephone services for both residential and commercial customers. You’ll work with cutting-edge fiber-optic technology in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
