Job summary

C Spire is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive residential growth by introducing customers to Fiber and Wireless services. You will build lasting relationships through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and consultative selling to match technology solutions with customer needs.

You will develop a strong sales pipeline, manage orders in approved systems, and strive to exceed sales and retention goals while representing the C Spire brand with professionalism in the communities we serve.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of professional work experience.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prospect assigned residential territories through door-to-door canvassing and neighborhood outreach.
• Develop new sales opportunities by working company-provided leads, customer referrals, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects through daily prospecting, appointments, and customer interactions.
• Accurately prepare and submit customer orders using approved sales systems and processes.
• Achieve or exceed established sales, customer retention, and customer experience goals.
• Represent the C Spire brand with professionalism while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and team meetings to continuously improve sales performance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
