Corning Incorporated invites high-potential new graduates to join the BRiTE Commercial Rotational Program in the United States. Participants gain hands-on, broad commercial experience by completing four rotations across Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Product Line Management.

You'll work alongside mentors on real projects, develop essential business skills, and build a network with leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Telecom) or Marketing/Communications/Business/Physics/Chemistry.
• Graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027.
• Ability to articulate interest in working in commercial roles such as sales, marketing, sales support, field engineering, product marketing and/or product management functions.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through four areas: Sales (Inside/Field), Marketing and Market Development, Engineering & Customer Experience, Product Line Management.
• Participate in commercial project work, experiential learning, mentoring relationships and leadership development.
• Gain hands-on experience and build a network with company leaders and teams across the organization.
