Requirements include a 3.0+ GPA, a Bachelor's in Engineering or Marketing/Business fields, graduation in Dec 2026 or May 2027, and an interest in commercial roles. Starting pay ranges from $63,000 to $86,625, plus robust benefits.

Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Telecom, e.g., Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, Optical Science and Engineering).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Physics, Chemistry.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on commercial experience across four rotations: Sales (Inside and Field), Marketing & Market Development, Engineering & Customer Experience, Product Line Management.
• Collaborate with mentors on real-life projects and develop leadership and cross-functional skills.
• Participate in mentoring relationships and leadership development opportunities within the BRiTE program.
