Corning Incorporated is seeking graduates for the CORE (Corning Optical Rotational Engineering) Program in the United States. The one-year program offers four rotations across operations and engineering, with two development tracks: Manufacturing and Operations (Make) or Innovation and Design (Invent).

Start dates include January, April, June, and September, and top performers move into full-time roles. Participants gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and leadership development, with rotations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field by the date of hire.
• Willingness to travel within the US to multiple locations while completing rotation requirements.
• Track record of academic achievements and/or professional performance.

Responsibilities

• Complete four rotations across various operations and engineering functions.
• Choose a development track: Make (Manufacturing and Operations) or Invent (Innovation and Design).
• Develop skills to accelerate your career and join Corning networks across the organization.
• Upon completion, be placed in a full-time position at a Corning Optical location.
