Job summary

U.S. Bank invites ambitious graduates to join the Business Banking Rotational Development Program. Over three ten‑month rotations, you’ll build core sales and credit skills through on‑the‑job training, mentorship, and a community of peers and advisors.

You’ll explore roles like BBRA and BBRM while developing financial acumen and client stewardship. On‑site with three or more days per week and approximately 40 hours weekly, the program begins with a July 12, 2027 start date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or similar majors with target graduation of December 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Basic understanding of banking terms and concepts from coursework or projects in cost and managerial accounting, business finance, and economics.
• Experience or exposure to small businesses or business owners.
• Customer service experience and/or strong relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to start rotation program on July 12, 2027.
• Reliable transportation to meet clients within 30 miles.

Responsibilities

• Learn to actively prospect new client relationships and deepen existing relationships using a consultative approach.
• Gain hands-on experience in multiple business banking roles including BBRA and BBRM.
• Develop technical and business acumen through training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders.
• Build a supportive peer network through cohort activities and workshops.
• Contribute to community initiatives and the company’s regional growth.
