Covestro invites recent graduates to join the Commercial Rotational Development Program, a comprehensive 18-month track with rotations through diverse business areas such as Engineering Plastics, Performance Materials, and Coatings & Adhesives. You will gain hands-on experience across Sales, Field Market Development, and Product Management while building a broad commercial toolkit.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business/chemistry/engineering or related field.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills and proficiency with data interpretation.
• Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

• Participate in a multi-business rotation program across Covestro units (e.g., Engineering Plastics, Performance Materials, Tailored Urethanes, etc.).
• Complete project work in Sales, Field Market Development, Industrial Management, and Product Management.
