Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field.
• Three years' direct experience with families and/or children in the child welfare system.
• Must pass criminal background check requirements and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform all work in alignment with NYAP's mission and values.
• Provide supervision to service staff and review plans.
• Supervise Liaisons and ensure timely case documentation and compliance.
• Manage referrals and applications to move toward enrollment.
• Approve Bridges plans and required documents within timelines.
