Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. seeks a Program Supervisor to manage daily operations, guide staff, and ensure program compliance. The role includes training, scheduling, and direct service as needed, with a focus on data quality in HMIS and coordination with partners.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred), minimum one year in behavioral health, and a valid AZ driver’s license. Preference for BHT certification and MVR clearance.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the behavioral health field.
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record is required for Housing program staff.
• Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certification per policy.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred.
• Peer Certification, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day program operations and provide guidance to staff.
• Schedule staff, conduct trainings, and verify skills/knowledge.
• Ensure HMIS data quality and timely documentation (staff emails, service transactions, case notes).
• Represent the program to partners and funders; assist with presentations and meetings.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain policy/procedure compliance and quality assurance.
