Job summary

Crossnore Communities for Children is seeking a Bridging Families Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Bridging Families program across the Metrolina region. The role requires strong supervisory leadership to implement goals, coordinate staff training, and ensure program compliance with accreditation standards.

The position involves travel within NC, coordinating services for foster care and family reunifications, and maintaining detailed documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human services field with supervised clinical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services with two years’ relevant experience.
• Alternative degree with four years’ relevant experience in the population.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the Bridging Families program.
• Implement program goals and performance metrics.
• Develop and lead in-service training for staff.
• Maintain logs, medical files, and reports for residents.
• Manage budgets including groceries and activities for residents.
• Train Bridge Parents in trauma-informed care and therapeutic models.
• Coordinate transportation and assist in court-related documentation.
