Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in housing placement or community development.
• Experience in community outreach and building relationships with community providers.

Responsibilities

• Recruit landlords and building owners for PSH participants.
• Conduct pre-move-in inspections with client and landlord.
• Document client engagement activities using internal ECR.
