HRG, an employee-owned consulting engineering firm, seeks a Team Leader for the Bridge Team in Morgantown, WV. Lead both in-person and virtual efforts to deliver high-quality transportation projects while fostering ownership and professional growth.

The role requires a PE license (WV preferred), 10+ years in bridge design/inspection, and ability to travel to job sites. Join a growing, ESOP-based firm with strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a transportation/structures emphasis (Master's degree a plus).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Bridge Team and coach, lead, and inspire team members.
• Drive project execution, resource management, and budget monitoring.
• Support long-term client partnerships through high-quality service and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to drive budget management, technical direction, and operations.
