Job summary

EXP is seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer in Charleston, WV to lead the design, analysis, and rehabilitation of complex bridge projects within the Infrastructure - Transportation practice. You will ensure technical quality, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with clients and government agencies.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil or Structural Engineering degree, 10+ years of bridge experience, and a WV PE license, with proficiency in MicroStation/OpenBridge Designer and structural analysis software.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
10+ years of bridge or structural design experience.
P.E. license in WV is required.
Experience with foundation analysis and design.
Proficiency with Bentley MicroStation and OpenBridge Designer.
Proficiency in structural analysis software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, analysis, and rehabilitation of bridge and infrastructure projects.
Ensure QA/QC and mentor junior staff.
Interact with clients and government agencies.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
