Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in West Virginia or comity within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, construct, maintain and operate highways and related facilities and structures.
• Serve as QA/QC Inspection Section Head.
• Make engineering decisions within policy framework and guide objectives.
