The role requires a civil/ mechanical engineering background, 3+ years in the field, and travel of 30-40%. Strong MS Office and CRM skills, plus a valid driver's license, are essential to success in this position.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering field; P.E. preferred.
• 3+ years of industry experience.
• Ability to understand engineer of record, site owner, and contractor needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive marketing, promotion, and sales for Bridge and Structures product lines.
• Develop territory relationships with engineers, agencies, and contractors.
• Implement a marketing and sales system focused on consultative selling.
• Showcase civil engineering and infrastructure product knowledge.
• Develop budgetary pricing for initial design and final project pricing.
• Lead territory field marketing directed at public agencies and DOTs.
