BKF Engineers is seeking a Bridge & Structures CADD Designer/Drafter to develop clear construction plans for bridges and transportation structures. You will work with bridge engineers to turn concepts into coordinated plan sets and 3D models.

Responsibilities include preparing and revising plans, developing sheet sets, applying Caltrans standards, and supporting model-based views. Requires 5+ years of CADD experience and proficiency in MicroStation and AutoCAD.

Qualifikationen

• AS degree or higher in drafting, CADD, civil engineering tech or related field.
• 5+ years of professional CADD experience, including bridge/transportation plans.
• Proficiency in Bentley MicroStation and AutoCAD; OpenRoads Designer and Civil 3D experience.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and revise bridge and structural plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules for design and construction support.
• Develop sheet sets from alignments, surveys, and models; coordinate interfaces with other disciplines.
• Apply Caltrans and agency CADD standards to file organization, references, and sheet layouts.
• Check drawings for completeness, accuracy, and constructability; incorporate review comments.
• Create or contribute to 3D bridge/structural models and model-based views.
