Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• P.E. license.
• At least 10 years of experience in consulting or engineering.
• Experience working with DOTs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the scope, fees, and profitability of projects and project portfolios.
• Serve as point person and firm contact with clients as project manager.
• Assist in new sales with clients for which they are managing projects.
• Coordinate internal transportation disciplines with sub-consultants and clients.
• Mentor and develop other employees on projects.
• On larger projects, may not be directly involved in the design.
