Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field required.
• P.E. license required.
• At least 10 years of engineering experience.
• Experience working with DOTs.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, fees, and profitability of projects and portfolios.
• Serve as primary client contact and project manager.
• Assist in new client sales for managed projects.
• Coordinate internal transportation disciplines with sub-consultants.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams on bridge design projects.
• Maintain PM best practices and support staff development.
• May participate in direct design on larger projects.
• Report to Operations Management on staffing and performance.
