Job summary

Civil Design Inc. is seeking a Bridge Engineer – Project Manager to lead structural bridge projects and guide a team of engineers across multiple locations. You will manage scope, budget, and client coordination while ensuring quality and safety practices are followed.

The role emphasizes leadership, client engagement, and collaboration with the Structures/Bridge Group, with flexible scheduling and ESOP-driven ownership culture to support community-focused projects.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in civil or structural engineering is preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required or in process.
• Experience leading bridge projects and client coordination.
• Familiarity with structural analysis software and codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage structural bridge projects, including scope and budgets.
• Sign off and seal work as required by project scope.
• Analyze and design bridges, culverts, and related structures.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and officials; prepare proposals.
