This position involves managing small to medium bridge projects, developing project scope, and ensuring quality delivery on time and budget. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and significant project management experience. Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience is required.
• 2 years of task management or Deputy PM experience is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned project(s) throughout their full lifecycle.
• Develop the scope and technical sections of proposals.
• Serve as the primary client liaison.
• Lead the project management plan and supervise the team.
• Assist with business development and building client relationships.
