Job summary

Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. in Nashville, TN seeks a Bridge Project Manager to deliver complex bridge projects from planning through construction documents. You will manage scope, schedule, budgets, and client communication, leading multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating with CRM, Dept Head, and Senior PM.

This role offers ownership, growth, and a collaborative, owner-led culture. Open to candidates in Nashville or nearby markets with strong bridge design experience and a PE license or readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with four years of relevant design/analysis experience.
• P.E. license in TN or ability to obtain within six months of hire, OR ten years of practical bridge project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge projects from planning through construction documents, including budgets.
• Confirm project scope with clients and internal stakeholders, coordinating with CRM and senior staff.
• Develop staffing plans and discipline work plans with realistic man-hour estimates.
• Plan kickoff and coordination meetings, communicating scope, budget and schedule clearly to the design team.
• Monitor performance against scope, schedule and budget, addressing risks to quality and cost.
