Job summary

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate across disciplines and with clients, and contribute to winning proposals and project success. A Bachelor's or higher in engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 6+ years of experience, or a Master’s with 5+ years.
• PhD in Engineering with 4+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and distribute discipline-specific work and manage schedule/budget.
• Assist with marketing responsibilities and proposal generation.
• Assist with development of scope of work and level of effort for projects.
• Oversee completeness and accuracy of project team’s work; mentor staff.
• Coordinate technical aspects of project with client counterpart and teaming partners.
• Work with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
