Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including excavator, bucket truck, lowboy truck tractor, and front-end loader for bridge construction, repair, and preservation.
• Perform bridge maintenance tasks with power tools, saws, welders.
• Place traffic control devices and maintain work zones per SCDOT guidelines.
• Work during emergencies and inclement weather; possible 12-hour shifts.
• Other related duties as assigned.
