Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (e.g., backhoe, excavator, lowboy) to repair bridge deficiencies.
• Perform bridge maintenance and related tasks including grading, mowing, concrete work and painting.
• Place and manage traffic control devices to setup maintenance work zones per guidelines.
• Assist in emergency and inclement weather operations; may require extended hours or 12-hour shifts.
