Knock is hiring a Bridge Loan Specialist in a fully remote (U.S.-based) role that blends loan processing and underwriting. You will review Bridge Loans for completeness, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver quick turn times with high-quality customer service.

Base salary is $65,000–$70,000 USD plus an incentive plan; OTE is $97,000 and performance-based. The role requires 3+ years in mortgage processing or underwriting, strong analytics, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant industry experience
• Experience as a Senior Mortgage Loan Processor or Junior Underwriter
• Strong understanding of underwriting processes and lending systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume, remote workload
• Familiarity with title reports, homeowners/flood insurance, and lien positions

Responsibilities

• Review Knock Bridge Loans to verify completeness and regulatory compliance
• Condition loan files based on applications and documentation
• Provide timely updates on loan status and approvals
• Collaborate with Lending Partners, Agents, and Borrowers
• Review title reports and insurance to ensure Knock’s lien position
• Manage a daily loan pipeline and maintain turn times
• Stay updated on company policies and industry regulations
• Mentor teammates and support ad-hoc projects
