In this hybrid position, you will combine traditional processing and underwriting responsibilities. As a Bridge Loan Specialist, you will review Knock Bridge Loans to verify that the loan is complete, accurate, and meets regulatory compliance requirements and internal underwriting guidelines. You will also provide quick turn times, high‑level customer service, technical assistance, and quality assurance on multiple loans simultaneously.
The salary for this position is $70,000 USD plus an incentive plan.
