Job summary

Civil Design, Inc. (CDI) seeks a Bridge Inspector Team Leader to guide inspections within the Structures/Bridge Group. Lead site visits, coordinate with engineers and owners, and ensure safety and quality during inspection activities.

Based in Collinsville, IL with up to 40% overnight travel, you will manage inspection reports, data entry, and assist in developing long-term bridge strategies for our multi-state practice.

Qualifications

• NBIS Team Leader Certification is required.
• Ability to travel statewide with overnight stays.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate bridge inspections per FHWA and owner requirements.
• Communicate inspection results with engineers, designers, clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare inspection forms, reports and analyze data from inspections.
