We are looking for a Bridge Inspector certified Team Leader to support our CDI mission in Building Stronger Communities.

The Bridge Inspector will be an integral part of our Structures/Bridge Group, performing bridge inspections and completing office related tasks as assigned. CDI respects our team and aspires to best utilize each team member’s personal and professional talents. This role can be based out of the Collinsville, IL, Effingham, IL, and St. Louis, MO. This position can be full‑time or part‑time role. The overnight travel expected is up to 40%.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $65,000‑$95,000/year. Compensation will vary based upon relevant experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors.
