The ideal candidate will have 8–15 years of progressive bridge design and inspection experience, Illinois P.E. licensure, and NBIS-related certifications. You will mentor junior engineers and coordinate field operations on complex projects.

• Technical Design: Support or lead the design and analysis for new highway, pedestrian, and railway bridges. Ensure all designs comply with AASHTO LRFD and AREMA Manual for Railway Engineering.
• Inspection Team Leadership: Serve as the Team Leader for NBIS bridge safety inspections. Direct field operations, manage safety protocols, and mentor junior engineers during site visits.
