Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Active NBIS-compliant Bridge Inspection Team Leader certification.
• Minimum 6+ years of bridge inspection and structural evaluation experience.
• Strong NBIS knowledge and familiarity with DOT/FHWA standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge inspections (NBIS) and supervise field crews.
• Mentor staff, coordinate multiple inspection teams, ensure safety.
• Plan field activities and supervise reporting and documentation.
• Prepare load ratings, reports, and repair recommendations.
• Use AASHTOWare BrR and other tools for analysis and asset management.
• Communicate findings with agency representatives and clients.
