Job summary

PRIME AE Group seeks a Bridge Inspection Team Leader to join our Bridge Inspection Group in Jacksonville, FL (or New Albany/Indianapolis, IN). You will lead inspection planning, field execution, documentation, and client coordination on state, federal, and railroad projects.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong technical judgment, NBIS/FRA knowledge, and the ability to guide teams on complex field environments with significant travel across the U.S.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree in civil or structural engineering.
• PE license required or actively pursuing licensure.
• 5+ years of bridge inspection experience with leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge inspection field operations and teams.
• Coordinate scheduling, safety plans, and client communication.
• Ensure NBIS, FRA, and agency standards compliance.
