Job summary

Hall Industries, Inc. is seeking a Technical Sales Representative for infrastructure and bridge components in the Grove City, PA area.

You will manage heavy highway accounts across PA, OH, WV, VA and the Carolinas, bridging engineering requirements with client sales execution and maintaining DOT approval tracks. The role requires strong communication, ability to read drawings, and travel 50–60% with a focus on building long-term relationships with contractors, engineering firms and procurement

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify technical details for diverse audiences.
Familiarity with reading engineering drawings or DOT project specs.

Responsibilities

Manage and expand heavy highway and infrastructure accounts across PA, OH, WV, VA and the Carolinas.
Bridge the gap between engineering requirements and client facing sales execution.
Coordinate with internal engineering teams to track and maintain DOT approved fabricator status.
Conduct outside sales calls to contractors, engineering firms and subcontractors.
