Job summary

Hall Industries, Inc. is seeking a Bridge Estimator in Grove City, PA to prepare detailed estimates for bridge products and fabrications. The role requires reading bid instructions, taking-off materials, and estimating labor, materials, and equipment costs to build thorough bids.

As a key player in steel fabrication, you will maintain customer relationships and assist project management. Applicants should have 3 years’ experience in structural steel estimating and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in structural steel project management / estimating
• Knowledge of steel and aluminum shapes and grades
• Familiarity with AISC and DOT specifications
• Highly motivated self-starter
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft suite
• Blueprint reading knowledge

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates on bridge products ranging from rails, down spouting, repair steel, and custom fabrications.
• Read and interpret job bid instructions and detailed specifications for preparation of estimates.
• Prepare take-off of materials, estimate all necessary labor, materials, buyout items and equipment costs to prepare a thorough estimate.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Assist in the management of the project.

Hall Manufacturing Technology is currently looking for a full-time qualified Bridge Estimator. The position is in Grove City, PA

Bridge Estimator Responsibilities include but not limited:

• Prepare estimates on bridge products ranging from rails, down spouting, repair steel, and custom fabrications.
• Read and interpret job bid instructions and detailed specifications for preparation of estimates.
• Prepare take-off of materials, estimate all necessary labor, materials, buyout items and equipment costs to prepare a thorough estimate.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Assist in the management of the project.
• 3 years’ experience in structural steel project management / estimating
• Knowledge of steel and aluminum shapes and grades

• Highly motivated self-starter
