Hall Industries, Inc. is seeking a Technical Sales Representative for infrastructure and bridge components in the Grove City, PA area.

You will manage heavy highway accounts across PA, OH, WV, VA and the Carolinas, bridging engineering requirements with client sales execution and maintaining DOT approval tracks. The role requires strong communication, ability to read drawings, and travel 50–60% with a focus on building long-term relationships with contractors, engineering firms and procurement

Technical Sales Representative – Infrastructure & Bridge Components

Hall Manufacturing Technology LLC is seeking a strong, detail-oriented candidate to join our growing team focusing on DOT bridge railings & drainage systems.

Technical Sales Representative Responsibilities, But Not Limited To

In this role, you will manage and expand our heavy highway and infrastructure accounts across PA, OH, WV, VA and the Carolinas. You will bridge the gap between engineering requirements and client facing sales execution. You will champion our premier portfolio of structural bridge guardrails, railing systems, integrated downspouts, scuppers and custom miscellaneous steel fabrications.

You will act as the regional subject matter expert on AISC standards and PennDot Bulletin 15 approval processes. Apply identical structures to ODOT (OH) and WVDOH (WV) specifications.

You will coordinate with internal engineering teams to track, submit, and maintain our approved fabricator status on state DOT qualified product registries.

You will conduct systematic outside sales calls to heavy highway general contractors, engineering firms, and civil subcontractors across the tri‑state area.

You will build long‑term rapport with government procurement officials, materials engineers, and district representatives within PennDOT, ODOT, and WVDOH.

You will assist contractors in navigating long lead time fabrications, project bidding adjustments, and submittal packaging to secure our status as the preferred supplier.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business or equivalent hands‑on experience in a technical fabrication field preferred, though any degree can be considered
• Basic familiarity reading engineering drawings, structural detail layouts, or DOT project specifications.
• Exposure to AISC codes or state‑level DOT materials criteria (such as PennDOT Bulleting 15) is highly preferred
• Resilient interpersonal communication, strong presentation skills, and the capacity to simplify technical, metallurgical, or structural engineering details for diverse audiences.

Travel (50-60%)

• Willingness to travel heavily throughout PA, OH, WV, VA, and the Carolinas for in person project site visits, contractor offices, and agency meetings. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
