Qualifications

• Experience with homelessness services, mental health, or case management.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.
• Strong communication and boundary-setting abilities.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive rapport with residents and provide roving coverage.
• Respond to immediate client needs, de-escalate crises, and enforce program rules.
• Conduct room inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Complete care coordination tasks and document interactions in HMIS.
• Report incidents promptly and adhere to agency policies.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with case managers.
