Civil Design, Inc. (CDI) is a multi-disciplinary civil engineering firm seeking a Bridge Engineer – Project Manager to lead structural bridge design projects and mentor engineers across CDI offices.

This role emphasizes client coordination, budget and scope control, and signing/sealing of critical documents. Qualifications

Lead bridge design and analysis for transportation projects.
Demonstrated project management experience on DOT or similar clients.
Ability to sign/seal engineering documents and manage scopes and budgets.
Proactive collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Managing structural engineering projects by creating scope and budgets, directing the design, and coordinating work with other staff and design team members.
Signing/sealing work as required.
Analyzing and designing transportation-related structures including bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and sign structure foundations.
Serving as a key point of contact with clients, contractors, and local officials.
Displaying an eagerness to work on a wide variety of project types.
Assisting in the preparation of engineering project proposals.
Working collaboratively with the CDI Structural Service Leadership, Project Engineers, and other team members to develop effective solutions.
Ensuring compliance with CDI’s safety procedures.
