Job summary

COWI is seeking a Bridge Engineer (PE) for North America to join the McLean team. You will work with Senior Directors and Project Managers on prestigious infrastructure programs, preparing plans, budgets, and design calculations for complex bridge projects.

You will collaborate with customers and engineers, conduct inspections and analyses, and supervise junior engineers in design tasks while building expertise in AASHTO and various analysis software packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required; PE license in home state or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• 5+ years of related experience in Bridge Design.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work plans, schedules, and budgets with analysis of complex structures.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on proposals, project coordination, and client communications.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings, engineering reports and technical documents.
