Job summary

CTL Engineering is actively seeking Bridge Engineers at all levels for our Raleigh, NC operations. Join a full-service engineering firm with a broad project mix including transportation design and bridge work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; MSCE preferred.
• Experience in bridge engineering with focus on NCDOT projects is desirable.
• Proficiency in bridge design software and detailing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee bridge design and analysis projects in accordance with State DOT requirements.
• Perform structural analysis and design for various bridge types (new, widening, rehabilitation).
• Prepare and review engineering reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure projects adhere to budget and scheduling constraints.
• Conduct field inspections of existing bridge conditions.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and staff.
• Maintain knowledge of State DOT policies and industry practices.
